Christopher Peter Meloni has been known as a well-known American actor throughout his career. The actor is best famous for his roles performed in "Law & Order Special Victims Unit". Since his time in college, Christopher Meloni has been attracted to the world of acting. He went to study acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While he was active in TV and film but his performances on the small screen have earned him a lot of fame. He has the ability to portray both characters from the side of the police as well as the different. That's what has made him so popular. His first project was a television serial, but he later played an officer for the NYPD. Because of his portrayal in the small screen, he's been up for nomination many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. His piercing blue eyes his face are considered as the most captivating feature. These have been used for portraying rough characters, and make them more appealing. He was listed on People's list of Sexiest Men Alive in 2006.
